• Creator: A User who uses the Platform to share and monetize content and interact with Fans.
• Fan: A User who uses the Platform to access content and interact with Creators, often through purchases or subscriptions.
• Content: Any text, images, videos, audio, live streams, or other materials uploaded, shared, or made available on the Platform by Users.
• Digital Goods: Exclusive content, custom content, access to private streams, or other digital products or services offered by Creators on the Platform.
• Services: The features and functionalities provided by the Platform to both Creators and Fans, including account management, content hosting, payment processing, messaging, etc.

2. Account Registration

• To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Platform

  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm FanGraam or Users of the Platform or expose them to liability.
• You agree not to:
  • Use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Platform for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Platform.
  • Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Platform or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Platform, the server on which the Platform is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Platform.

4. For Creators

• Content Upload and Management: You are solely responsible for the Content you upload, publish, display, link to, or otherwise make available on the Platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all trademark, trade secret, copyright, and other proprietary rights in and to your Content.
• Content Standards: You agree not to upload or share Content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, Content that is:
  • Defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
